Delivery charges

UK including Channel Islands - First class signed for - £2.95

Next day special delivery UK only - £6.95.  If you need your order by the next day or a specific date please confirm with us by phone 0784 681 0650 or email emma@emmaburton.co.uk that we are able to fulfill your request before selecting this option.

Overseas - £6.95 per package.

Delivery timeline

When items are in stock I aim to send them out within 1 or 2 working days.  Some of my products are made to order which may possibly delay the delivery.  If you need your order for a specific date please email me at emma@emmaburton.co.uk or phone me on 0784 681 0650 to check the availability of the product that you want.

I send out all UK deliveries by Recorded or Special delivery via Royal Mail both of which require a signature.

Returns & Exchanges

I try at all times to please my customers.  If you are not happy with your purchase please notify me within 14 days by email emma@emmaburton.co.uk or telephone us on 0784 681 0650 to let me know and send the item/s to Emma Burton, 12 Park Avenue, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 2DD, UK. 

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to me safely and not damaged in transit. 

Unfortunately post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach me.  Always obtain a certificate of posting as proof. In the event of the goods being faulty however, I will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
